New school year - updated Feide data

This is done so that teachers and students only see relevant content for the upcoming school year (2024/2025) when they log in again after the summer. All the new data is retrieved directly from the Feide portal and retrieves the data that the schools and municipalities themselves have registered for the 2024/2025 school year.

This should be visible when you log in again after the cleanup:

• Teachers will see new subject classes and associated students for the coming school year
• Pupils will see their subject classes and subject teachers for the coming school year.

The following deletion/cleaning routines have been done at all schools and will be removed:

• All Feide classes and Feide groups from the school year 2023/2024 (and earlier) have been deleted/removed.
• All students ( Feide students) from the 2023/2024 school year (and earlier) have been removed/deleted from the schools.

NOTE:

- Groups and classes that have been created manually (not Feide ) will not be removed. This must be done manually if you do not want this to continue.

- Previous assignments and submissions are not removed and must be removed manually by the teacher if this is no longer desired.

- Students who have been removed from school retain their results on their own user ( requires access to the learning materials for it to be visible).

- Students who continue in school retain work and content (assuming access to the learning materials)

- New students automatically gain access to content ( for schools with school licenses )

Even if students are removed from schools, work and progression are not lost. When the user logs in again, all work will still be stored there, as long as they still have access to the learning materials.

The work is completed by August 12th.
